Jon and I are preparing to make curried shrimp puffs for hundreds of people on Saturday at Canine Companions for Independence's big annual event: celebrity chef. A lot of work for a wonderful and worthy cause. If you don't know about this group, check them out at www.cci.org. Jon's been on the board for over 20 years. I just finished an article about their puppy-raising program for FIDO FRIENDLY magazine. I'll let you know when it comes out. More soon!

I am referring to!!! Please elaborate more about that photo, time, place and event. I work in a physician's office at Vanderbilt Medical Center here in Nashville, and when I pulled that pic up and enlarged it, yes, I AM playing on the word ENLARGED here....the girls in my office went wild!
They were all coming up looking at my screen and commenting and all excited. They couldn't help but notice that BIG grin on your face. (Yes, there goes that adjective again). Please share some details about that photo with us hard working gals here. I told them that I was "certain the well endowed fellow was a Texan".

Wow, 2006 is sailing by. I am putting the finishing touches on an article for Fido Friendly on Canine Companion puppy raisers...out this summer. Then it's back to work on Jon's autobio...so much to do, so little time.

Gene Pitney died Wednesday...Town Without Pity, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence, She's a Rebel...guy was great. And what a voice...sad day...
